rick Leah, I just looked at the results on this page both 5k and 15 k are up. click on race results.
leahhaywood Just wondering when the results from the Winter Run will be corrected. The overall times for the 15K are posted twice. There are no overall results for the 5K.

Joetiso You are supposed to be contacted one month and one week before your renewal date according the membership guidelines I just read. Good quisstion though and I was wondering about it myself.

Revtoe35 Any issues with late renewal. I don't recall ever receiving a notice my renewal was due. Just renewed for another year.

Murray Sharon, there is generally a St. Patrick's Day 4 mile race at Healthpoint, south of Murrells Inlet. It is produced by Georgetown Hospital.

jbird A few of us are getting together Saturday morning to do a 16 miler in North Myrtle Beach. We're running it in 3 legs, 6miles, 5 miles, & 5 miles. We'll be coming back to the car for Gu and water between legs. Come join us for all of it or just part.
Ray Wanted to invite everyone to a walk-in running clinic Saturday 11/12 from 10:30am-12:30pm for runners and triathletes at the NMB Aquatic and Fitness Center. Put on by McLeod Sports Medicine and Seacoast Medical Center. We'll be there doing free 3D Video Gait Analysis, Kinesiotaping, Injury Screening and Prevention, BP screening, Nutritional Advice, advice on training. Cholesterol testing for a nominal fee.
