I grew up and lived in Syracuse, NY all my life except for a brief stint in Newport News, Virginia. Finally got sick of the 10 feet of snow every year in Syracuse and moved to Myrtle Beach with my wife and 3 kids in June 2010. I'm enjoying the long running season here and hope to participate in as many races as my schedule allows. I don't pay too much attention to my time, but if there's fun involved.....I'll be there! I work in Little River at the Seacoast Medical Center and I love nothing more than to see someone start their journey to fitness. In fact anyone who knows me, knows I'm always trying to recruit my patients to run with me. I tell everyone, babysteps...you'll eventually reach your goals!
