UpComing Club Events

Feb. 8, 2012   Myrtle Beach Marathon  GSRC will meet to organize packet mailouts.    Dr Jim Troxell's office in NMB- 5:30 pm

Feb. 11, 2012 The medal organizing meeting will be held at a later day. We will keep you posted.

Feb. 16 – 18, 2012  GSRC will have a Club booth in the Marathon Expo on Feb. 16 – 17, 2012 at the Convention Center hotel. The Club will also have a tent in the Finish Line area of the Marathon/ Half marathon on Feb. 18, 2012.                       Drop by and stay awhile; share running stories with friends.

NMB Earth Day 5K Run/Walk, April 21, 2011                               The 2012 Earth Day 5K Run/Walk will start and finish in McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach. This will be the third year for this popular run through the streets of North Myrtle Beach. Online registration will be available later on this website.

Chase the Cows Run, April 28, 2012
This is a new event. Detailed plans are being formulated and a course layed out in the Pawleys Island area. The event will benefit the Outreach Farms charity of Georgetown County.

Blue Crab 5K, May 2012                                                         
Run through the picturesque waterfront and streets of Little River, SC. This is becoming one of the more popular running events along the Grand Strand.

Breast Cancer Awareness Event, March 9, 2013.                
The Club is focusing on an event in North Myrtle Beach to support achieving a cure for breast cancer. Details are being worked out. Stay tuned; we'll post details as plans are developed.

New Club Members

As we  move into a new calendar year many Club memberships will come up for renewal. Renew online or at any of the upcoming Club events.

  • leahhaywood  Just wondering when the results from the Winter Run will be corrected. The overall times for the 15K are posted twice. There are no overall results for the 5K.
