Items discussed:
 - Coastal Running Group legal issues
  - Discussion of incorporation formalities
  - No written documentation of monetary responsibilities
  - Club-produced race = effort on our part
   - In the future, put monetary value on our efforts
  - Must ask RMS to produce legal document stating their part in the corporation; Festival Promos has provided legal document stating that he is the manager of the business and can therefore make all decisions
  - Also need legal documentation defining CRG’s entities and parties
 - Future of the GSRC
  - Possibility of putting on races for hire
  - Terry’s model for hrs and procedures
   - Based on participants with flat fee added on
  - Officers should come up with basic outline of where the club will be in 3 years
  - Reason for being/goal
  - How we’ll get there
  - How does our monthly/yearly activities get us to our goal?
  - Producing more races
   - 1 per month; more manpower needed
  - Support local running efforts
   - DARE program – police support for any race in NMB if we support
